- to be covered, electronic items must be less than 6 months old when cover commences and you must have evidence of purchase – we do not cover items purchased from online auctions;
- the loss of, or damage to, accessories of any type is not covered;
- reconnection costs or subscription fees are excluded;
- any costs associated with replacing personalised ring tones, graphics, downloaded materials or software are not covered.
